Pet Policy

A better routine for paws, tails, and quiet naps. At Villas at Preston Lakes Apartment Homes, your cat or dog can feel right at home with no weight limit, a two-pet maximum, and pet-friendly spaces designed for everyday ease. Start the day with a stroll along the community’s walking and biking trails, stop by the Bark Park for off-leash play, then head back to an apartment with oversized windows, walk-in closets, and select patios, balconies, or sunrooms that add a little extra breathing room.

From picnic and grilling areas to green courtyard space, the community makes pet life feel simple in Owasso. Review the pet policy details below, explore more pet-friendly amenities, or schedule a tour to see the setting in person.
